This page explains, in plain words, what this website keeps about you and why.

What we keep

• Your full name, email address and cellphone number (with country code), when you sign up. Your email is confirmed with a 6-digit code. We also keep your country if you add it to your account.
• Your address, only if you choose to save one in your account.
• Your enquiries: the pieces you asked about and any message you wrote.
• Your wishlist and saved basket, if you have an account.
• Your reservations: the piece you asked us to hold, and when the hold started and ends.
• Your visit bookings: the date and time you chose and, if you wrote one, a short note.

Why

To answer your enquiries, to arrange a purchase with you, to hold a piece for you for 48 hours (while it is held, other visitors see it as reserved, without your name), and to have the shop ready for your visit. We do not use it for anything else, and we do not sell or share your information with anyone for marketing.

Where it is stored

On Cloudflare, which runs this website and its database. Sign-in codes are sent by email through Cloudflare too.

Cookies

• A session cookie that keeps you signed in.
• A basket cookie that remembers the pieces you added to your enquiry.
• A security check by Cloudflare Turnstile on the enquiry and sign-in forms, to keep out automated spam.

We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

Deleting your information
