Delivery
- Free delivery anywhere in Lebanon.
- International shipping is available. Cost and timing depend on the destination, so contact us and we will confirm them before you buy.
- You are welcome to collect your piece in store, at our boutique in Dora.
Returns & exchanges
- You may return or exchange a piece within 14 days of purchase.
- The piece must be unworn and in its original condition, with its receipt or certificate.
- Made-to-order, resized or engraved pieces cannot be returned.
- To arrange a return or exchange, contact us by WhatsApp or phone.
Lifetime warranty
- Every piece made by Elie Nader Jewelry carries a lifetime warranty, provided it has not been altered or repaired elsewhere.
- Our experts recognize our own work, and can assess any piece, ours or another maker's.
